For ready‑made quizzes, we collect only the information required to process your order.

How Quiz Data Is Used

We use your information to:

  • Create tailored quiz scenarios

  • Align content with your workplace context

  • Deliver your quiz and facilitator notes

  • Provide access through the Quiz Activation Portal

We do not use quiz data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Storage and Security

Quiz-related data is stored securely through:

  • Squarespace hosting

  • Password‑protected systems

  • Restricted access to client files

Uploaded documents are stored for up to 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion.

Quiz Results and Participant Data

We do not collect or store individual quiz results unless you purchase an add‑on service that requires reporting.

If reporting is purchased:

  • Only aggregated, non‑identifiable data is used

  • No personal participant information is collected unless explicitly required and agreed to.

Access and Deletion

You may request deletion of your quiz data at any time, subject to legal record‑keeping requirements.
