Because our products are digital and often customised, the following refund conditions apply.

Custom Quizzes

Custom quizzes are tailored specifically to your workplace.

For this reason, custom quiz purchases are non‑refundable once work has begun.

You may request a refund before submitting your Custom Quiz Brief Form. Once the form is submitted, work begins and refunds are no longer available.

Ready‑Made Quizzes

Due to the digital nature of these products, all ready‑made quiz purchases are final.

Incorrect Purchases

If you purchased the wrong quiz product by mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your quiz:

  • We will troubleshoot with you

  • We will reissue access if needed

  • We will ensure you receive the product you purchased

A refund will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.
