Custom Quiz Brief Form
Custom quizzes are created based on the information you provide through the Custom Quiz Brief Form.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.
We are not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital quiz products are delivered electronically.
Access is provided via:
A QR code
A unique quiz link
The Quiz Activation Portal
Access is valid for 30 days per quiz from the date you activate it.
Intellectual Property
All content, including quizzes, scenarios, questions, facilitator notes, branding, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Elevate Training & Support Services.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Resell
Distribute
Modify
…any materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure our content is accurate and aligned with the WHS Act 2020 (WA).
However, we are not responsible for:
How quizzes are delivered or interpreted
Workplace incidents or outcomes
Misuse of the content
Decisions made based on quiz results
You are responsible for ensuring your workplace meets all legal WHS obligations.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in AUD.
Payment is required at checkout.
We do not store your payment information.
Refunds
