Who We Are

Training and support that lifts your people - and your standards

At Elevate Training & Support Services, safety is more than compliance - it’s confidence, clarity and everyday behaviour. Led by WHS specialist and former WA Police officer Charmaine, we help businesses build safer, stronger teams through practical training, tailored consulting and real-world expertise.

Meet Charmaine - Founder, Trainer & WHS Specialist

Charmaine spent eight years as a police officer in Western Australia, working in general duties, forensic investigation and as a trainer and assessor at the WA Police Academy. Her frontline experience shaped her ability to communicate clearly, teach effectively and manage risk under pressure.

After transitioning into health and safety, she became a trusted HSE Advisor supporting infrastructure projects across WA. She designed and delivered safety training, led investigations, strengthened safety systems and provided expert WHS guidance to diverse teams.
